FIND OUT HOW

I help Driven Professionals take care of their body and
brain by getting fit and staying fit...
so they're in Command of any room
(Even if it's on Zoom).

Throughout my life, I never wavered knowing that it was necessary to move and take care of my body (or as I call it “my vessel”).

COMMITMENT

COMMITMENT

At a young age, my mother would take me to the gym at 5 AM
developing the discipline to train and be around
people who chose that lifestyle as well.

This established my commitment to health and the
perseverance that made it easier for me to adapt and
navigate challenges through life.

Being in the gym sets the tone – bringing my focus to what
I can control.

ATTENTION To Detail

Early on as a youngster, my grandfather taught me to take pride in what I do and not cut corners.

While we installed a new door, we discovered a part of the framing underneath it was off. It would be covered by trim.

That's when he said: "It's not that no one will see it. It's that you know it... and every time you walk through." So although it took the extra time to do it right, this crafted the value of putting the effort into doing it properly as I would continue to pass through that door frame with pride.

Paying attention to the details that matter.

THE TEST OF AUTHENTICITY

THE TEST OF AUTHENTICITY

THE TEST OF AUTHENTICITY

I choose to get better at any opportunity available even if I
wasn’t invited…yet.

Fortunately, I found a sprint coach working with his
players.

But he said something to the effect of, "This practice isn't
for just anyone. You can't just show up and train with us."

So I honored his words and went on... to the other side of
the field...

… Where, gifted with clear sight and excellent hearing, I
watched every move and listened intently.

For a couple of weeks, despite the players' judgment and
words meant to break me, I showed up on time and did the
coach's practice… from the other side of the field. My heart
was beyond their noise and so I stayed the course. Getting
better.

I focused on what I could control:
correctly implementing The Drills and Building skills.

The coach finally came over: "You're not going to stop, are you?"

"No sir," I replied.

"Come on over so you can meet everyone and we can get to work."

Even if tested, I gained access that trained my authenticity to “see it through” and contributed to a university athletic scholarship for football and graduating with my degree.

When I left the stadium and all that entailed, it was one
of the biggest decisions of my life. Someone asked me:
“But you’re Coach Gobro… Who are you if you’re not
coaching?”

Long story short, I chose to find out and took the leap,
selling my house and moving into the unknown.

I have met so many professionals and entrepreneurs
who live in a constant state of stress, hustle and strain —
sacrificing their body and brain in the name of success.

Although they can get away with not being fit in their
20’s or 30’s, the cost of not being fit goes up
dramatically as they reach their 40’s, 50’s and beyond.
