My own transformation from professional

"desk potato" to "fitness enthusiast"

Was a direct result of helping produce Champion In Command's flagship training, The Fit System.

As I spent over a decade building and running my business, an online school, I became more and more inactive, exhausted and unhealthy. Although I was holding everything together professionally, I really didn't like how I felt, much less who I saw in the mirror anymore.

I didn’t look or feel good in my clothes.

I hadn't stepped foot in a gym in 7 years, and I had never known what to actually do in there with all that equipment anyway.

I wasn't considering how nutrition could optimize my performance.

I tried rationalizing my poor health to normalize my constant physical symptoms, but eventually, things got so bad that I reached out for testing and diagnosis.

Professionals need to be physically and mentally stronger so they have the energy to show up regularly and perform at work and with their family.

Leading to Champion In Command being born.

Where this new arena shares the exclusive training series that teaches you how to get fit and stay fit by activating your champion, navigating your nourishment and moving your body with true strength.

COMMITMENT

At a young age, my mother would take me to the gym at 5 AM
developing the discipline to train and be around
people who chose that lifestyle as well.

This established my commitment to health and the
perseverance that made it easier for me to adapt and
navigate challenges through life.

Being in the gym sets the tone – bringing my focus to what
I can control.

When my doctor advised me to reduce my stress levels, I stifled a laugh. Stress was just a part of life, right?

Despite that medical recommendation, I was stuck for another 14 months because I simply didn’t have effective tools to take care of my body and brain.

Thankfully, Craig approached me about his vision for Champion In Command. He wanted to reverse engineer his approach to fitness, nutrition and mental focus so that anyone could learn.

It would let me apply my expertise in curriculum design, technology, organization, planning and sequencing to ensure that clients experience a transformation.

Plus, “fitness and nutrition” checked the boxes of a challenge that was complex and interesting enough for me to want to take it on.

Long story short, I’ve lived and personally validated every single thing inside
The Fit System. It works.

That’s why I often think of my grandmother, a woman who lived through
The Great Depression, managed the family’s successful restaurant and
used cigarettes and wine to curb her appetite for decades.
When she passed away, she was still concerned about being a size 2.

I wish I had the opportunity to sit her down and share the concepts inside
The Fit System with her, because she would have learned how to eat to
naturally release fat so she could stay slim… and how to exercise without
getting injured or aggravating her heart so her cardiovascular system and
her bones would have supported her better in her later years.
With that, I’m sure she would have not only felt better about her body but
also added quality to her final years.
